Ecological Consulting

ECI has provided consulting and biological reporting on a restoration project for unpermitted work performed in an intermittent creek. ECI provided a Biological Assessment for impacts potentially caused by the proposed creek restoration, and developed a habitat restoration plan and wetland delineation report. ECI led permitting for both a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and a 404/401 Clean Water Act Permit with the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board. Due to the project’s location within designated critical habitat of the listed endangered plant robust spine-flower, Joe Rigney performed a protocol level rare plant survey on the site.
