Habitat Restoration Plans
In collaboration with our ecologists, botanists, and construction teams, the Landscape Design team at ECI develops thoughtful and informed habitat restoration plans. Our team has experience designing restoration plans for a variety of habitat types, including wetlands, tidal marshes, vernal pools, grasslands, riparian corridors, and woodlands. We also create habitats focused on special status species and ensure that all compliance requirements are met.
Construction Documents
ECI’s unique and integrated design-grow-build approach allows our construction documentation to effectively tell the landscape contractor what to install, where, and how to do so. Our technical construction documents are composed of two types of content, visual drawings and verbal specifications, which convey important construction information. Construction Documents are also necessary with obtaining permits swiftly and efficiently. Services also include Cost estimating, Construction and product specifications.

Irrigation
Irrigation and water usage are essential components of successful landscape design and installation. With a deep understanding of native plants, water efficiency, landscape functionality, local ecosystems, microclimates, soil water retention, and advanced technology, ECI designs state-of-the-art irrigation systems. These systems help eliminate over-watering, reduce waste, and decrease installation labor costs.
